In a hard fought game against Lions, TBC U13 boys captured League honours against a tough Lions team who were really out to win this game but TBC boys kept up the pressure eventually winning by 7pts. 46 to 39. A great team effort by all the Templeogue boys, although they have one game left they cannot be caught.
IN a thrilling game where Meteors went into the lead in the first quarter and retained this lead throughout the first 3 quarters extending it to 14 points at one stage, TBC girls fought and fought never giving up and only went ahead with 3 minutes to go. The lead switched back and forth and with 11 seconds left all was level at 46 points each. Templeogue having possession, scored on the buzzer to snatch the win.
IN a fantastic game against Liffey Celtics, who beat Templeogue by 14 points in their home court, TBC had to win by 15 points to take League honours. The game was all square at the first quarter, then TBC under the guidance of Sasa, started to pull ahead and never lost the lead for the rest of the game, slowly pulling away to win by 22 points at the final whistle and to be crowned League Champions.
We would like to advise all TBC members that the price of the warm-up tops on the Azzurri website is incorrect. The correct price should be €26 and not €40. Anyone ordering should ring Azzurri and ensure that they pay the correct price. We have a link to the site under the Links tab on the top main menu. We have asked Azzurri to correct this error.

We were delighted to have the opportunity to participate in Templeogue’s fifth National Cup Final last weekend. (1985, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2012)
Lifting the cup in front of so many TBC supporters and following in the footstep’s of the 2007 and 2011 teams was a huge honour for us all.
We are also excited to be the first TBC team to retain the Cup. The theme of “Repeat” was locked in to our game plan from the qualifying rounds in Bray last September. It continued to be a motivating call for us right up until the last seconds of our game against Maree.
We would like to thank Sasa, Calvin and Ahmad for their help which ensured that our preparation’s were to a very high standard.
A HUGE thanks to all our great supporters which made our Cup success so memorable.
